A Sanará bedroom, the balcony beyond

Stay.

A Sanará stay is the same wherever Sanará is: a room made ready with care, a Concierge who has already been in touch, and days that move between the shala, the table, the sea and the Wellness Center at whatever depth you choose.

Rooms designed to promote wellbeing.

Free of toxins and fragrances. Natural, unfragranced laundry and cleaning throughout, no synthetic fragrance anywhere. The Sanará standards, kept every day.

The Sanará Concierge

In touch before you arrive, and shaping your treatments, classes, private sessions and table from the first message to the last morning.

Sanará's welcome

A welcome gift in your room on arrival, and 15% off your first treatment in the Sanará Wellness Center.

Amenities by Daniella Hunter

Bespoke amenities in every room, made from pure, natural ingredients: the skincare used in the Sanará Holistic Facial, and the essentials of a natural self-care routine, to use here and to take home.

A Sanará bedroom, white linen and a dreamcatcher

The rhythm of a day.

First light. The shala opens with the sun. Sunrise meditation when Daniella or a guest teacher is in residence, then the morning classes, yoga and movement, overlooking the water.

Through the day. The Real Coconut Kitchen from breakfast to dinner. Beach, sea, a book, a nap. Private sessions, a consultation, a treatment. Talks and workshops.

Sunset and evening. Sound healing, meditation, movement. Dinner, gathering nights, and early nights that come naturally.

Nothing is prescribed. The day holds you either way.
