True wellness is a way of being. Curated and hosted by Daniella Hunter, with the Real Coconut Kitchen.
it will heal
Sanará was never a spa you visited or a class you booked. True wellness is a way of being.
The morning programme from sunrise, overlooking the water. Food that lets your body rest. A holistic, integrative approach to wellbeing, built around the way we relate to everything we take in, learned here and taken home. Rooms designed to promote wellbeing. And a team whose care you feel before you notice it.
Three threads, woven through every day. Some come for a retreat. Many come for a beach holiday and leave having slept, eaten and breathed differently for a week.

Rooms designed to promote wellbeing, the Sanará Concierge, and days with room to do very little.

Sanará began on a stretch of sand in Tulum in 2014: nineteen rooms, a shala overlooking the water, a spa and wellness center, and a kitchen that people crossed the world for. Harper's Bazaar placed it third among the 150 greatest hotels in the world.
Now Sanará returns, in residence in Tulum in its original space from December 2026, curated and hosted by Daniella Hunter. Other places are in conversation: hotels, residences, and Sanará Wellbeing brought into houses that are not ours.
Sanará in Tulum →Sunrise meditation and morning classes in the shala, overlooking the water. Sound healing and workshops at sunset.
World-renowned cuisine at the Real Coconut Kitchen: gluten, grain and dairy free, made from scratch. The kitchen that grew into a cookbook and a product range.
The Sanará wellness programme: the signature massages, Ayurvedic-inspired treatments, consultations, and the Nourish and Heal programme for those who want to go deeper.
Community gatherings on the beach and in the shala, themed dinners, and the people you meet: like-minded, and here for our collective wellbeing.

Daniella Hunter is the essence of Sanará and the Real Coconut Kitchen, and lived and ran them on this beach for ten years. She returns to curate the whole Sanará Wellbeing Experience and will be in residence through the season, hosting the gatherings and leading some of the programme herself.
