Real Coconut Kitchen

Nourishing ourselves, nurturing our world.

Real Coconut Kitchen was born inside Sanará, and soon grew bigger than it. Food that nourishes and is easy on the digestion, that people would happily eat every day. A cleanse no one noticed they were on.

The kitchen

Everything is free of gluten, grain and dairy, with menus built on sustainably sourced, low-impact ingredients, and everything made from scratch. Produce and proteins come from small local farmers, and wild-caught fish from this coast. People who were not looking for healthy food came anyway, for the pancakes, the tacos and the view, and happened to feel very good afterwards.

The Points Guy named it among nine brunches worth travelling the world for. The kitchen grew into a cookbook, Nourish Yourself, Nurture Our World, a product range on shelves across the United States and Canada, and kitchens in Tulum town and Malibu.

It returns to its own space on the beach, open to guests and to anyone in Tulum, from breakfast to dinner, with brunch and music at the weekend. Themed dinners through the season: the Indian dinner, the Maya dinner with music and local artists.

The menus

Working menus for the season. Prices follow once the kitchen is set.

Any table, any need
